Reviewing Process Heat Consent Applications: Becoming a Suitably Qualified Professional (SQP)

Free Webinar on Monday, 24th of June starting at 4.00pm-5.00pm, presented by Dr Mike Hopkins, CEP’s CEO.

This webinar will introduce CEP’s Process Heat Emission Plan Reviewer certification and how to attain it. It is essential viewing for:

  • Local authorities who will be dealing with consent applications or reconsenting applications involving process heat processes that emit more than 500t CO2e
  • Anyone looking to be recognised as a suitably qualified professional for reviewing process heat emission reduction plans
  • Anyone likely to need an emissions reduction plan as part of their (re) consenting application.

CEP’s Certified Process Heat Emissions Plan Reviewer (consent application SQP) Programme

The CEP Process Heat Emissions Plan Reviewer Certification confirms competence to prepare or review Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions reduction plans for Industrial Process Heat systems.

Certificate holders are recognised as suitably qualified professionals (SQPs) for the preparation or review of emission reduction plans required to support consent or reconsent applications to local authorities where the application covers process heat emissions of 500t CO2e per annum or more.

Learn more about becoming certified.
