Maternity Cover – 12 month contract
Our financial administrator is going on maternity leave and we’re looking for a replacement to cover the period April 2025 to March 2026, with a mid-March 2025 start.

Qualifications & experience
- Essential: Prior financial administration experience; Experience with Xero; Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite; Excellent written communication skills; Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Desirable: Experience with CRM systems, especially Zoho;
- Personal Profile: Reliable with mature outlook; Willingness to learn and adapt; Strong attention to detail; Collaborative disposition.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintaining the organisation’s accounts;
- Credit control;
- Being first point of contact for enquiries;
- Scheduling and organising training courses, including liaison with students, trainers and venues;
- Member and Corporate Partner liaison and administration, including member renewals;
- Maintenance of procedures and policies documentation;
- Board and Committee administration;
- General and other administration duties as required.
