Our intention within the Building Performance Team is to continue to improve and achieve excellence in the management of environmental impacts.

To do this, our architects and engineers work together to reduce reliance on non-sustainable resources. We undertake environmentally sensitive and responsible design in relation to sustainable design initiatives. The end effect is an integrated design solution that will deliver buildings with a lower environmental impact and enhance health, productivity, community and quality of life.

Sustainability is a very wide ranging and complex area of design expertise. With new materials, products and systems continuously being released, it is important that as an award winning practice we keep up with the latest innovation and developments.

Our award winning S&T Engineering team work closely with architects, builders and directly with owners or clients throughout New Zealand to creatively apply scientific principles to a building’s design, without compromising the design aesthetic. We incorporate safety, efficiency and comfort in every project we work on.
