Specialist credientials to support your career development and progression
CEP offers specialist credentials across a range of energy efficiency and carbon management disciplines. These credentials convey expertise in their respective areas and are only open to individuals who can demonstrate expert-level knowledge and experience.
To hold any of these credentials you must:
- Confirm acceptance of CEP’s Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct
- Confirm acceptance of CEP’s Disciplinary procedures
- Confirm acceptance of ongoing CPD requirements, as specified by CEP
- Join the CEP Certification Scheme, which requires annual renewal.
To obtain a new CEP credential you must successfully complete the respective:
- CEP online exam (75% pass mark).
- CEP Experience Assessment (75% pass mark).
On its own, passing the online exam for a CEP credential will not give you the credential. All assessment components and confirmations need to be satisfied for a credential to be achieved.
Please make sure you read the full set of requirements for each credential (below) before you register for an exam.
