Description
We are on the hunt for an outstanding accounts and general administrator with the ability and desire to grow into other areas such as marketing, website updates and AI video generation. The work is interesting, varied and demanding. This is not a role for a cruiser, we need someone keen to learn, find their feet quickly and take on new tasks – but most of all be careful and accurate.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience with Xero accounting software, minimum 2 years
- Proven administrative experience in a busy environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Excel and Word) and CRM systems
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce
- Experience supporting events or training delivery
- Experience in a membership-based or not-for-profit organisation
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Accounts administration
- Membership administration
- Organising events and training sessions
- Administering CEP’s certification scheme
- Maintaining governance records
- General and other administration duties as required
Personal Profile
The position holder should be comfortable working in a small organisation, in an environment that demands high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. They will enjoy variety in their role and in finding and/or developing solutions to problems.
