About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Asset Delivery, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation are effectively maintained and up to date. You’ll help keep everything on track by coordinating meetings, tracking actions and deliverables, administering project systems, and supporting procurement and financial processes such as raising purchase orders, tracking costs, and assisting with reporting and forecasting.
You will also help ensure adherence to project controls and document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint), support the identification and management of risks and issues, and provide general administration to enable high-performing delivery across all phases of project execution.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent role based at either our Auckland or Hamilton office.
About you
You’re an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a background in project coordination or administration. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating with a range of stakeholders, and keeping project activities running smoothly.
You’ll bring:
- A certificate in business, administration, project management, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to project environments
- A sound understanding of project management processes (PMI-based knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ideally experience with systems such as Aconex, MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A keen eye for detail and a structured, solution-oriented approach
