As a Programme Lead – Carbon, you’ll have the privilege of working with visionary companies in various sectors, helping them navigate the intricacies of sustainability and environmental stewardship. Your expertise and the world-first tools at your disposal will enable you to forge transformative partnerships, positioning your clients as leaders in their industries.

This position will be located in any of the main centres (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch) and we expect you to be in the office a minimum of two days per week. There are a number of positions available (both junior and senior) within our teams so if you have:

• Experience in client‑facing or customer service roles, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships
• A background in environmental sustainability and/or technical account management experience
• A passion for assisting businesses and organisations in improving their sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint
• Technical understanding of current climate legislation and requirements (preferred)
• Familiarity with environmental and sustainability issues across multiple sectors
• Exceptional relationship building and mentoring skills and the ability to problem solve
• Skilled in project coordination – Project management experience (bonus)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently and meet objectives with minimal supervision
• A Bachelor’s degree
