CEP Conference 2026 – 26th & 27th May

CEP2026 Conference, Claudelands, Hamilton

Save the dates for CEP Conference 2026

26th and 27th May 2026 are now locked in as the dates for the CEP 2026 Conference.

Get them into your diaries now to make sure you can be at New Zealand’s best energy, carbon and sustainability conference of the year.

For the first time, the event will be held in Hamilton, at Claudelands, one of New Zealand’s leading conference venues and convenient for the city and accommodation.

We’re currently offering a special, early bird deal for sponsors and exhibitors. Sponsors signing up and paying before the end of September 2025, will be able to secure 2025 prices for next year’s event. Exhibitors will receive a healthy discount as well if they commit and pay before that date. We’re currently preparing the 2026 prospectus but are holding the 2025 sponsor prices until that is released.

In the meantime, you can see what our sponsors and exhibitors said about the 2025 event in the video links below.

To secure your discounted sponsorship or exhibition spot, please contact Philip Le Quesne on 021 055 8788, or [email protected].

We’ll be issuing a call for papers soon and, for 2026, because of the overwhelming number of submissions, we’re bringing the dates for that forward, so please watch out for it.
