​Assign training credits

Every training credit pack holder has a designated Credit Pack Coordinator. CEP can only take instructions to assign training credits from your organisation’s designated Credit Pack Coordinator.

If this isn’t you, please ask the Credit Pack Coordinator for your organisation to submit your request. If you don’t know who this person is, please email [email protected] and we’ll let you know.

How to assign training credits

To assign training credits to self-directed training modules, enter the number of training credits you would like to assign to each module in the boxes below.

  • You can assign training credits in any combination up to the number remaining in your pack.
  • If you are unsure how many credits remain in your pack please email [email protected] and we’ll tell you.

After you submit this form we’ll check your request against our records. If they show there aren’t enough unassigned training credits in your pack to fulfil your request, we’ll let you know. Then you can either submit an updated request or buy more training credits.

When your request has been approved, we’ll email the access codes you’ve requested to the Credit Pack Coordinator email address we have on file.

Access code expiry

Access codes expire 12 months from the date they are issued.

Please remember

  • One training credit gives one person access to one self-directed training module.
  • You can assign as many or as few of your unassigned training credits to modules as you like.
  • Once assigned, training credits can’t be transferred to a different module.
  • Assigned training credits can only be redeemed by an employee of the purchasing organisation. They can’t be transferred to another person or organisation.
