We’re delighted to welcome Ruben Langbroek from GRESB to Aotearoa New Zealand. In 2022, more than 1,800 property companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and funds across the globe participated in the GRESB real estate benchmark. The gross asset value covered was over USD 6.9 trillion across 74 countries.
Following the recent release of the 2022 GRESB Real Estate Results, Ruben will draw out the insights into the Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) performance of real estate portfolios with focus on the Oceania region, and the relationship with building certification programmes such as Green Star and NABERS in supporting the drive toward a low carbon built environment.
